The party was great thanks. Once again we scored well with the weather and everyone had fun on the boat! We had quite a few extra employees this year (and many young ones at that) so the dynamics were different…in a good way. The Karaoke was a hit! New Years Eve Harbour Of Light Parade 2011-2012

Thank you for a wonderful night on the MV Jerry Bailey on New Years Eve. You communicated very well as to how to get to the boat with detailed instructions that were clear to follow. My 88 year old mother and sister had the night of their lives, and an absolutely unforgettable experience. My mum's limited mobility was accommodated to very well, we were seated near the toilet and door and the staff on the boat looked after her very well. It was a very special experience being able to cruise on the harbour around either side of the Harbour Bridge, to watch the other brightly lit boats, and to cruise by Luna Park, Garden Island and the Opera house. Watching the 9 o'clock fireworks go off and their reflections over the water was just awesome, and then we were positioned well to see the fireworks on the Harbour Bridge at midnight and those were really amazing.
The atmosphere on the boat was great, the DJ played a great selection of dancing music, and there was plenty of good food and champagne. I was surprised how far other passengers had come for this event, and many, like myself were from interstate and even from as far as ireland.
Well done. And you were not exaggerating, there were thousands of people on Circular Key!

Louise & Edward's Magical Celebration Cruise Enquiry 2012
Dear Grant,
Thank you so much for your speedy response to my phone call.
However, 'Thank You' more for actually speaking to me in a polite and friendly manner. I have just been on the phone to '(other cruise company name removed)' and '(other cruise company name removed) who both have great sounding packages too but, they were so unfriendly and abrupt on the phone...I felt like I was wasting their time and that my event wasn't important at all.
So thanks Grant, for making me feel relaxed and comfortable talking to you about what Edward and I would like for our do. We had a small (6 people) and a wedding in the Botanical Gardens just over 2 months ago. It was perfect for us...no over the top fuss, no big show, no worries, BUT surrounded by nature, with great views and plenty of champagne, good food, laughter and love!
So if you can make our "Celebration" for our friends and family, on this side of the world, just a magic for us, then I look forward to working with you and your team as soon as I've spoken to Edward!
...and then we've got to plan another "Celebration" for the other side of the world! I don't suppose you do cruises in England too?!

How was your weekend?
I just wanted to formally express my thanks and appreciation for all you have done for me, to make my 21st Birthday a night to remember. It was everything you said it was going to be: awesome, fun, and memorable.
I must say, your crew, on the boat that night, had the greatest service you could ever ask for. At one point I was freaking out a little because a few of my mates were confident they wouldn't make it in time due to traffic, but your crew explained the situation and the choices those people could take (eg, water taxi). Your crew that night, also had the best manners whilst serving, and you were right - the quality of the food was great!
Your DJ was the most social DJ I have ever met. It was also great that he would play songs on request.
I look forward to speaking to you other times in the future to plan other personal events or birthdays. Numerous friends of mine have already asked how I got your boat for my party because they want to do the same for their birthdays next year (and so on).
So until then, thank you so much for all your time and efforts, Grant. I don't think I can stress my thanks enough...!

Thanks so much for everything, the girls had an awesome time and the staff were great. Everyone said they got plenty of food and drinks and everyone had a ball. A small thank you letter to your company and all your staff for the wonderful lunch cruise you put on for us on the 26th June 2011 on Sydney Harbour.  All the staff were very professional and went out of their way to help with whatever we needed.  The food was simple, but very tasty and plenty of it.  The drinks package provided was above our expectations.  All in all, the whole experience was very well received and great value for money.
I highly recommend this cruise and will definitely consider it for future events we may have.

Queen Mary 2 Welcome Sydney Harbour Cruise

WE recently went on one of your cruise boats to watch the arrival of the “Big Ships”. This was organised by our neighbour Gail who had previously attended a function on one of your boats.
The captain did a great job of manouvering the boat around the Harbour so that we were in a perfect position to take in all the scene. The breakfast refreshments were good and plentiful, we thoroughly enjoyed the morning.

Lyndal's 60th Birthday Sydney Harbour Cruise
On Sunday 26th September, we were guests aboard one of your Cruises for a 60th Birthday Party, and I wanted to thank your staff for a wonderful occasion.
I don’t know the name of the Captain on the day, but he was a “mature aged” gentleman, and he was fantastic. I would recommend him to anyone.
We picked up the boat at Gladesville Wharf at 12 noon and he took us for the most fabulous cruise up the Parramatta River, going into every little bay and inlet possible. When we finally turned to come back he again went into every nook and cranny of the river, allowing us to see sights and scenery that we had never seen before. Most cruises do the actual “Harbour” and “Harbour foreshores” and although I always enjoy those cruises, this was the first time most of us had explored the Parramatta River. It was a wonderful experience. Please pass our thanks onto the driver/captain.
I would also like to compliment all the other staff as well. Their service and attention was exceptional, and we were well “fed and watered”. The food was really enjoyable, and couldn’t be faulted in any way. The selection of food and wine was fabulous, and the cheese, biscuits and fruit to finish off with were just perfect. The fruit particularly was exceptionally delicious.
As you can see, from the moment we stepped on board till the moment we left, it was one of the very best days I’ve ever had on a cruise.
Please thank all your staff for making it such a memorable day. AND, I’m sure they even turned on the weather – as it was JUST PERFECT.

New Years Eve Cruise 2010-2011

Unfortunately we will not be able to join you for the advertised cruise as we have now left Australia and returned to the cold, wind and rain of England!!
Just thought I would drop you a quick note to express our appreciation for the excellent evening we had on New Years eve. Both yourself and all the members of your team went out of your way to ensure that we all had an wonderful time. This was greatly appreciated and helped to get us over our trauma of missing suitcases etc.
Your boat more than made up for this by the perfect balance of numbers and space which allowed for a very friendly atmosphere on board. The food was excellent and plentiful, drinks were free flowing and as mentioned before the staff were courteous and attentive. Your barman particularly deserves special credit for his customer service.
Hopefully we will see you again in 4 yrs time. We have a lot of special memories which we will cherish for many years to come. Once again, thanks very much.
